Refund Policy
Membership on the Pedosphere.com Soil Science Test Center is through the purchase of a license. Complete instructions for registration are given on web site (http://testcenter.pedosphere.com/information.cfm). Any questions, comments or problems should be reported to us by email at admin@pedosphere.com, phone [(780) 416-4724] or fax at [(780) 416-4725]. Membership licenses are not refundable unless the problems are reported to us within 30 days of the purchase of the license and meet the approval of being faulty. Efforts will be made to solve the problems identified by the customer.
